Across eight main categories — from career development and mental health support to nutrition and hobbies — you can communicate via text or voice with conversational companions, each with deep expertise in their own domain. The platform is available 24/7 and offers a culturally adapted experience in Turkish and English.

Each persona is built upon a four-layer knowledge base covering platform principles, category rules, domain expertise, and persona-specific content. This architecture produces responses that account for cultural context, idiom, emotional tone, and conversational sensitivity. Personas retain context and provide more accurate responses as conversations deepen. Our aim is not a general-purpose assistant, but a recognizable companion in each specific domain.

Yes. Voice chat operates through a system that adjusts emphasis, rhythm, and pacing based on the subject matter and emotional tone. Rather than a robotic output, you receive a character-driven experience responsive to conversational context. The user taps the microphone to speak and receives a voice response in return. You may switch between text and voice chat at any time.

No. ChatwithX is not a clinical therapy service, medical diagnosis, or treatment tool, nor is it intended to be used as such. The platform offers conversational support, information, and alternative perspectives across different areas of life. For serious mental health concerns, medical conditions, or decisions requiring professional expertise, consultation with a licensed practitioner is required. We are designed to fill the gap between professional support and solitude, not to replace the expert.

Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and belong solely to you. Your messages are shared only with our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses; your content is not used for model training, processed for advertising, or shared with any other user. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities only where legally required (such as a court order) and only to the required extent. Our staff cannot routinely access your conversations; access occurs only upon your explicit request or when a security review requires it, in a limited and audited manner.

No, basic use is free. Between 15 May 2026 and 15 June 2026, the platform is offered entirely free of charge, with unlimited access to all personas and features. Effective 16 June 2026, our two-tier structure of Freemium and Premium will enter into force. The Freemium plan will remain free, offering access to all categories with a daily allowance of five messages.

The Founding Member campaign is a special program designed for the first 1,000 paying users who place early trust in the platform. These users retain their Premium rights at a lifetime fixed price of 4.99 USD per month, even after standard pricing enters into force. The campaign runs between 20 May and 15 June 2026, and will end once the 1,000-seat quota is filled. Participants are granted a profile badge, an invitation to the private community, and early access to upcoming features.
